The shop at Common Vines, a curved wall of bottles beside the counter

Intricate birch and mild steel millwork shelving and stone install for a unique Wine Retail Store.

Type: Retail, Wine shop
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Architect: GLD Architects
Photography: Christopher Schuch

The wall of bottles on one side, the counter and a rolling ladder on the other.

Racking follows the wall round, so it reads as one continuous surface.

An opening cut through the racking to the back of the shop.

Marble against timber slots, each bottle on its own.

Label forward, floor to ceiling.
